Hey, you.

I'm Ilyanah

I’m a momma, writer, digital operations architect, advocate of intentional living.

I build systems that turn the overwhelm of everyday life into a steady rhythm—from chaos to calm.

At work, I design frameworks that keep a remote team moving in harmony. At home, I create rhythms and tools that make room for what matters most: relationships, health, art, and growth. I’ll be sharing these systems soon so more mothers can experience the same sense of order and freedom.

I write. My thoughts, heart, and words mostly live in Of Becoming, a newsletter where I explore motherhood, growth, and the quiet art of living with intention. I share insights, personal stories, and the small shifts that make life more enjoyable and fulfilling.

I love, care for, nurture, and raise my daughter. Raising a human being is the most delicate and most rewarding work of all—requiring more patience than any system and more imagination than any essay.

Why I Advocate for Intentional Living

Our time is finite. Yet too often we move through life on autopilot—scrolling away hours, trading health for convenience, leaving children to navigate a world that demands more guidance than ever.

Health requires conscious choices. Fitness and strength require dedication and consistency. Relationships require presence. And still, so many of us are drifting, unaware that every small decision shapes our lives and the people we raise.

We need to live with intention. That means nourishing our bodies with care, carving time for strength, and showing up fully for the people we love. That means raising children actively, not leaving them to be influenced by whatever surrounds them. That means crafting a life filled not just with tasks—but with substance, meaning, art, faith, and joy.

Why I Build Systems

Living with intention is about mindfulness and action.

Systems can help us pay attention, make thoughtful plans, and follow through with care. A budget and financial tracker shows us where our money goes and allows us to plan for big payments. Meal planning can help us avoid wastage, save us time, and free up mental load. Weekly and daily routines can make housekeeping a lot more manageable and give us space for purposeful homemaking.

These systems don’t dictate our lives. They give structure, so that what matters most isn’t lost behind what matters least.

What Becomes Possible

Richer Relationships

With the everyday steadied, we can give more of ourselves to family and friends, inviting moments of honesty, laughter, and depth.

Healthier, Stronger Bodies

Deliberate choices in food, movement, and rest give us the strength to show up fully—for ourselves and for the people who depend on us.

Work-Life Harmony

When work is anchored by systems, it takes less from us and gives more back—hours, clarity, and the energy to live beyond it.

Peace of Mind

Less mental clutter and fewer open loops bring clarity and calm, allowing us to become truly present, happy, and at peace.

Meaningful Pursuits

Freed from busyness, our days can then be filled with creative expression, infinite learning, and the strengthening of our faith.
